Rogers Canyon Ruins (A) – 08Mar2023
Rogers Canyon Ruins (A) – 08Mar2023
Please note this hike will leave the Union Center a little earlier than normal. It is scheduled to leave at 6:30 am. You should be at the UC 10-15 minutes early. Also, the hike day will be 8-10 hours. This is due to the fact that it is a long and difficult drive to and from the trailhead. Greg Waterman, the hike leader, will arrange for 4-wheel drive, high clearance vehicles to transport the hikers. If you sign up for this advanced level hike you should know that the hike up to the Ruins is steep. Because of the condition of the road and trail, the hike will be cancelled if there has been recent rain before the day of the hike. For the safety of the hikers and vehicles we should not drive in if the roads are muddy.

Bisbee Stair Climb – 21Mar2023
Bisbee Stair Climb – 21Mar2023
As a unique way to experience the true Bisbee you may like to join Bruce on a small tour of the town via a portion of the world famous 1000 step stair climb. He will meet you out front of the historic Copper Queen Hotel located at 11 Howell Street at 2:00 Tuesday afternoon. We should warn you that these are not like those stairs that led to grandma's porch. They are steep, uneven, narrow and plentiful.
