*Meet in the Boyce Thompson Arboretum parking lot at 8:45 and wait for your group to assemble there.
This is a private tour of the new Wallace Garden, the new 6000 plant exhibit that recently opened to the public. The hike will be divided into two groups. Each group will have their own guide. The cost is $10 for Boyce Thompson members and $24 for non-members. To receive the member fee, you must show your membership card at the entrance. The hike leader will collect each person’s fee in the parking lot, please no credit cards. (If you decide to purchase a Boyce Thompson membership after the tour, $15 of your entry fee can be applied to membership – keep your receipt.
Directions:
Take Felix Rd north to Arizona Farms Rd. Turn right. Turn left (north) on AZ 79. Take the right ramp onto Hwy 60 East toward Globe. Just past milepost 222, turn right. Sign says Boyce Thompson Arboretum. Entrance to the Arboretum is on the right in approximately 0.5 mile. Total Mileage: 31 miles.
