This is a long out-and-back hike on a scenic segment of old US 60 with big rocks, trees and gorgeous views. The original bridge was in use from 1900-1949, and is still completely intact. It is of earthen construction with a long brick culvert. Bring water and a snack.

Directions:

Take Felix Rd north to Arizona Farms Rd, turn right (east) and follow to Hwy 79. Turn left (north) on 79 and follow to Hwy 60. Turn right onto 60 East toward Globe/Superior. Drive approximately 24 miles on 60 East to Top of the World. Just past mile post 236, Hwy 60 curves to the left, with a large gravel parking lot on the right. Pull into lot. The hike begins after crossing the cattle guard.
