Special Instructions:

This is a one-way hike on the LOST Trail from the Picketpost Trailhead parking lot to Porter’s Restaurant in Superior for lunch.  We will stage cars at Porter’s to get hikers back to their cars after lunch.  This trail is good and their is little elevation gain.  Bring water.

Directions:

Take Felix Road north to Arizona Farms Road, turn right.  Turn left (north) on AZ 79.  Take the right ramp onto Hwy 60 East toward Globe.  Just beyond mile marker 221 turn right onto Forest Service Road 231.  There is a sign for Picketpost TH.  Go .3 miles to T in road and turn left.  Drive .7 miles to the trailhead. Total miles from Sun city is 30 miles.
