This is an out and back hike with a view of Sabino Canyon and the Catalina Mountains. This hike begins from the Visitor Centre, Phoneline Link 27A to Phoneline 27 (4.9 miles), connecting to Blacketts Ridge Trail 48 (1.6 miles). The Blacketts Ridge section is steep with the majority of elevation gain on this portion of the trail.

The shuttle is NOT required for this hike, but there is an $8.00 parking fee or National Park Pass/Senior Pass. Bring plenty of water, snack and lunch.
