Special Instructions:
This is an out-and-back hike at the base of the Superstitions. There are nice views of the mountains and lots of desert plants. The hike goes west from the east end of the Lost Goldmine Trail. Bring plenty of water and food for a snack and lunch.
Directions:
This is an out-and-back hike at the base of the Superstitions with nice views of mountains. Take Felix to Arizona Farms Rd, turn right. Turn left (north) onto AZ 79, drive 9.7 miles, to Hwy 60 West. Turn west onto Hwy 60 and drive 8 miles. Turn right at stoplight on E Peralta Rd for 6.7 miles. Turn left into parking area just before the Peralta Campground, watch for the sign.
