Special Instructions:
This is an out-and-back hike on the Arizona Trail. There are good views of Picketpost Mountain to the south and the Superstitions to the north. Bring water and a snack.
Directions:
Take Felix Rd north to Arizona Farms Rd. Turn right. Turn left (north) on AZ 79. Take the right ramp onto Hwy 60 east towards Globe. Drive 10 miles until you see mile marker 222, then drive 0.7 miles past mile marker 222, and turn left (cross westbound Hwy 60) onto East Arboretum Rd/FS Rd 357. Turn left at the first intersection and go 0.3 miles to the intersection with E Hewett Station Rd. (unmarked) Turn right and go another 0.2 miles to the trailhead parking on the right.
