This is an out-and-back hike with great views of Picacho Mountain. The trail is uneven so bring a hiking stick. Bring water and a snack. This hike requires an entrance fee ($7/car) or State Park Pass. Please divide the cost evenly among the carpool. (Spring flowers).

Directions:

 From Coolidge, take AZ 87 South to I-10. Take I-10 East to exit 219. Turn right on Picacho Peak Rd and entrance into State Park. Follow sign to Sunset Vista Trail. The trailhead is at the end of the road.
