This hike requires crossing the Salt River, so bring a pair of extra shoes for the crossing. The trail is very bushy, scratchy. Bring plenty of water and food for a snack and lunch.

Directions:

Hunt Hwy north to Ellsworth Rd. Ellsworth Rd north to Usery Pass Rd. Follow Usery Pass Rd north to Bush Hwy. Turn east on Bush Hwy for 4.7 miles to trailhead.
