Special Instructions:

This is a short hike/spelunking trip in an underground lava tube.  The temperature in the cave is usually quite cool with temperatures ranging from 32 to 40 degrees so wear warm clothes.  Bring a headlamp and gloves. Bring plenty of water and a snack.

We will meet at 1:00pm at the Hampton Inn/Fairfield Inn East parking lot 990 and 1000 N Country Club Drive as indicated at the coordinates above.  The coordinates of the Lava River Cave are:  35.34233, -111.83633.  Your hike leader will provide detailed directions when you meet-up.
