Cave Canyon Towers Ruin, Kachina Bridge to Horse Collar Ruin, and House on Fire (I)

The fee to enter the Monument is $20/car or a National Parks/Senior Pass. The Intermediate hikes will see Cave Canyon Towers Ruin, Horse Collar Ruin and House on Fire. Hikes are limited to 12 persons per group.
Cave Canyon Towers Ruin is a 1-mile easy hike to seven towers.
Kachina Bridge to Horse Collar Ruin is located in Natural Bridges National Monument. This is a moderate hike of 3 miles that descends to the canyon floor for great views of Kachina Bridge. Use of a ladder required. From there, follow the route to Horse Collar Ruin, a well-preserved ancestral Puebloan ruin.
House on Fire Ruin is the most famous photographed ruin in the area. The 3-mile roundtrip hike is easy. There is a $5/per person backcountry fee payable at an unmanned kiosk for this hike.
Bring plenty of water, snacks and lunch, and your hiking sticks. Bring layers, it may be cold. Cell phone service is limited in the area. There are toilets available at the trailhead and Visitors Center.
Directions:
Morning of the hike all Intermediate hikers will meet at the Mule Canyon Ruins parking lot. From Blanding: Travel south on Hwy 191 to Rt 95 (just south of the Blanding airport). From Bluff: Travel north on Hwy 191 to Rt 95 (approximately 22 miles). Drive west on Rt 95 for approximately 19 miles just past mile marker 102. Turn right into parking area for Mule Canyon Indian Ruins. Driving directions to the other ruins will be handed out the morning of the hikes.
