Special Instructions:
Start out on the San Tan trail going south. At the top of the ridge at 1 ½ miles return to the trailhead (total distance 3 miles). This hike requires an entry fee ($7/car) or a Maricopa County Parks Pass. Please divide the cost of the entry fee evenly among the carpools. Bring plenty of water and a snack.
Directions:
Hunt Hwy north 12 miles to Thompson Rd. Stoplight at intersection. Turn left on Thompson and follow to Phillips Rd. Turn right on Phillips and follow to entrance of park and parking lot.
