Special Instructions:
This is an out and back hike north from the trailhead. You go across the road for the start of the hike. You will meander the rolling hills to the river. In the spring the flowers are fantastic in this area. Bring water and a snack.
Directions:
Take Felix Rd north, turn right (east) on Arizona Farms Road. Turn left (north) on AZ 79. Travel east on Hwy 60 for 14.6 miles, take exit 227, and turn south on AZ-177. Travel south on AZ-177 for 15.6 miles. Turn right on E Florence-Kelvin Hwy. Road sign says Kelvin Riverside. In 2.5 miles, the parking area will be on your left.
