This trail is an unrelenting upward hike (37% grade) with a rewarding view of both sides of the Superstitions from one spot. The description above is for the ridge that is at the top of the Hieroglyphics canyon. The return is on the same path. Bring plenty of water and food for a snack and lunch.
Directions:
Turn left on Felix Rd to Arizona Farms Rd and turn right. Turn left on AZ 79. Turn left on Hwy 60 West. Turn right on Kings Ranch Rd. Turn right on Baseline. Turn left on Mohican. Turn left on Valley View Dr., it curves onto Whitetail Rd. Turn right on Cloudview and proceed to the trailhead parking lot.
