Special Instructions:

This is an out-and-back hike with great views of the White Tank Mountains. There are two steep sections. This hike requires an entry fee ($6/car) or a Maricopa County Parks Pass. Bring plenty of water and food for a snack and lunch.

Directions:

Starting at I-10, go west toward Phoenix. Travel through Phoenix and exit at 303 North. Follow 303 North for 6.7 miles to Northern Ave (Exit 110A). Turn left (west) on Northern for ½ mile. At Cotton Lane turn right (north) for 1 mile to Olive Ave. Turn left (west) for 4 miles to White Tank Entrance Station.
