Special Instructions:
This hike follows the AZT from Snow Bowl Rd to Aspen Nature Loop. The trail crosses a mountain meadow and pine and aspen groves. There are beautiful mountain views along the way. This hike is at 8900 ft, so you may need an extra layer of warmth. Bring water and a snack.
Directions:
We will meet at the east parking lot of the Hampton/Fairfield Inns (coordinates are for the parking lot) at 990 and 1000 N. Country Club Drive, Flagstaff at 9:00 am. Your hike leader will provide detailed directions to the trailhead which is located off Hwy 180 on Snow Bowl Rd.
