This is a loop hike on a combination of trails. There are good views of Pass Mountain and Usery Park. The trail goes in and out of several washes. Bring water and a snack. The park requires an entry fee ($7/car) or a Maricopa County Parks Pass. Please divide the cost evenly among the carpool. Bring plenty of water, snacks and a lunch.
Directions:
Turn right on Hunt Hwy to Ellsworth. Follow Ellsworth north 7.5 miles past US 60. Park entrance is on the right. Follow Usery Park Rd to Blevins Dr. to the Horse Staging area. Blevins Trail is located at Horse Staging Area.
