Special Instructions:

This hike is in beautiful Sabino Canyon in the Catalina Mountains. Although Hike Arizona rated this trail as 3.5, it is much easier than many Advanced trails, with the main difficulty being the steady uphill 20% grade. Bring plenty of water and lunch. This hike requires a $8 parking fee or a National Park/Senior Pass.

Directions:

Drive south on Hunt Hwy, turn right on Attaway. Follow 287 south to I-10 East toward Tucson. Near Tucson, take exit 248, W Ina Rd and turn left. Drive 7 miles east on W Ina Rd, keeping right onto Skyline Dr. In about 2 miles, keep right onto E Sunrise Blvd. Travel about 6.5 miles to N Sabino Canyon Rd an turn left. Drive 0.5 mile on N Sabino Canyon Rd to entry of parking lot on right.
